Project scope, deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, ownership, support windows, and cancellation terms are confirmed in written proposals or agreements before work begins.

Client-provided materials remain the client’s property. Custom work created by Velowork is transferred according to the signed project agreement once applicable invoices are paid.

Velowork may display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality terms are agreed in writing. Sensitive business information shared during a project is treated responsibly and used only to deliver the service.
